- The “best” solution is different for every business. There is a spectrum of solutions available.
- At one extreme, we automate everything and you do not need to change any process, create any new business rules, or retrain any personnel. This costs a lot and no one implements this solution once they measure the return on investment (ROI).
- At the other extreme, we minimize the project costs and you must adapt, create several new business rules, and retrain your workforce. No one does this either because the internal costs drag down the ROI.
