We are experts in applying technology to help customers solve problems. We also happen to know a lot about finance and operations and what the best practices are. Rather than start with products or even solutions, we believe it is best to begin at the beginning!

A couple things you should know:

  1. The “best” solution is different for every business. There is a spectrum of solutions available.

    • At one extreme, we automate everything and you do not need to change any process, create any new business rules, or retrain any personnel. This costs a lot and no one implements this solution once they measure the return on investment (ROI).
    • At the other extreme, we minimize the project costs and you must adapt, create several new business rules, and retrain your workforce. No one does this either because the internal costs drag down the ROI.
    • The solution is always in between. We work with you to find out which part of the spectrum maximizes the project ROI for your company. Our combination of expertise in automation, technology, finance, and operations makes us unique in our ability to help you get from “problem” to “products“.
  2. The “hammer” guy is going to tell you that you need nails and not screws whether that is true or not.
